The celebrities who made bold statements on the red carpet wore looks that flattered their figures, were groomed to perection with nothing super elaborate going on in their looks top to toe.
The ceremony held on February 12th, 2017 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles saw the stars pulling their best looks for one of the most anticipated events of the season but some clearly outshone the others.
