Kanye West opted for a low key presentation at the now closed New York Fashion Week 2017.
The rapper who already rustled a few feathers when he attempted to book his showcase without consulting the CFDAchose a 'quiet' and toned down presentation for his new showcase and generally improving on the lapses the show suffered last year.
Making history by featuring Hijab model; Halima Aden in the show held at Pier 59 Studios the rapper's showcase gets a good pass. Modern details on his signature oversized sweats, washed denim made appearances in the new collection.
The rapper who also kept a very low profile for the show, choosing to present the collection on large floor to ceiling screens where each piece was extremely visible ditching the traditional runway showcase. To wrap up the screen presentation, he had a live runway finale with Hijab model Halima Aden, Amina Blue and Luka Sabbat taking to the runway.
He also didn't take a bow but had his wife Kim Kardashian wave at the end of the show. Unlike past presentation, he went soft and toned down showcase this year.
While the collection doesn't look out of the world/original they come more wearable unlike the past Yeezy collections!
